Phased Power Solutions was founded by Ben Gray, a WA-licensed electrician with years across residential, construction and renewable energy work. After enough jobs cleaning up other people's shortcuts, the choice was simple: build the company he'd want to hire.

Most solar and electrical jobs in Perth pass through three or four sets of hands: the salesperson, the designer, whichever subcontractor is free that week, and someone in an office who signs the paperwork. At PPS it's one licensed crew from the quote to the Electrical Safety Certificate. It's slower to scale, and it's why we'd rather do fewer jobs properly than more jobs badly.
